OUT23 sells virtual escape rooms and interactive online experiences. By using the site, creating an account or completing a purchase, you accept these terms.
Purchase and game access
After payment confirmation you receive game access via link, code and instructions. No booking is required; contact us by email or WhatsApp with your receipt if activation is needed.
Codes are valid for 15 days from purchase. After that period, a new purchase is required to play again.
Participation requirements
A computer with a stable internet connection is required. Games are not designed for mobile. We recommend reading the instructions first and keeping paper and pen handy when suggested.
Experiences are intended for ages 15 and up.
Payments and currencies
You may pay in Argentine pesos (Mercado Pago), US dollars or euros (PayPal), depending on checkout options. Prices shown on each game page apply at the time of purchase.
Sharing access with your team
The buyer may share the link, code and instructions with their team. OUT23 is not liable for unauthorized use of the code outside the purchasing group.
Intellectual property
Brands, stories, design, software, images, videos and instructions belong to OUT23 or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or reverse engineering without written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
OUT23 does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for connection failures, user hardware or third-party services (payment gateways, external game hosting).
